Hey there. In these bizarre-o times, I thought a new beginning is in order. While we are all living through this new "normal", I feel like a new space is in order. On this blog you will find book recommendations for the tween set. What does this mean? For me, tween means 4th through 7th grade. Sure there are some 4th graders who won't be ready for some of these books. And of course many 7th graders will be beyond these books. But the sweet spot for tweens in my mind lives there. Think Stead, Turnage, Horvath, Williams-Garcia, Woodson, Johnson, Yelchin, Gantos, Lai, Lin, London....he list goes on and on.
